Nebraska Esports is a competitive collegiate esports organization. My official position within the organization was as social media manager, however I also created video, motion graphics, and photos for the club.
This was an animation I made for Nebraska Esport's Twitch streams. The 30 second video is meant to be played on loop at the start of stream. I created the Herbie Husker "8-bit" mascot by recoloring the retro Mario design from Super Mario Bros. I created the head of the mascot by recoloring an Adobe Stock vector. All other elements of the animation are real photos with effects applied to achieve a pixelated look. After gathering all the elements, I animated this video in After Effects.
